The space
The home is a new build near the lush and inviting McKinney Falls State Park, perfect for families or groups. You enter a spacious open-concept living room with bar seating, a bright kitchen, and a living room overlooking the backyard. On the main floor, you will find the primary bedroom furnished with a luxurious king bed and ensuite bath. The spacious primary bath combines style and function with a sleek double vanity, modern fixtures, and a large glass-enclosed shower — a peaceful, spa-like retreat within your stay. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom, perfect for families or groups. A bright work area with a large desk and natural light makes it easy to stay productive or enjoy a quiet reading spot. The house is serviced by fast internet. Unwind on the back porch after exploring Austin’s trails, music, and food scene — all just a short drive away. The private, fenced backyard includes seating, a turfed greenspace, and a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxation.
